Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 4-12 business days after processing. Items shipped from our US warehouses usually arrive faster. Each product page shows its typical delivery time.

Shipping cost: Shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Multiple items: Our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delays: Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
